anditisliz.com We had to evacuate at MTV after the fire alarm went off !! Well, come to find out the alarm was triggered by someone who left their burning toast in the toaster oven. It’s not breaking news but I captured it all on camera! You heard it here FIRST

As you can see, we were running for our lives !

This is my friend James, he’s the floor warden at MTV a.k.a. SAFETY MONITOR. He’s the lucky guy who gets to wear the orange safety vest!

He’s so cool I had to get my picture with him!!

We were filming when the fire alarm went off so I still had my micophone on… let’s hope no one was recording.

Look how scared and relieved my producer Lisa and make-up artist Terri look!

There is a very important lesson at the end of all of this. Fire alarms are important and save lives! So is taking your toast out of the toaster on time.

anditisliz.com Today’s “Whoa Wednesday” goes to Jackson Marshall (born in Dallas, Texas). Jackson is a model in fashion print, runway, and commercials. On top of being easy on the eyes, he is a great guy and one of the nicest people I know. Big ups to you Jackson!

So what does Jackson find sexy about the ladies? “Everything… confidence, humor, style, a woman who is outgoing, peaceful, active, passionate, and understanding.”
If you run into him, here’s how he says you should approach him… “Approach me sober…ha ha; like there is no pressure, or approach me with funny antics. If you can make me laugh, I’m yours.”

Crying is perhaps the easiest and fastest way to release emotional pain, but unfortunately it has become socially unacceptable for both men and women to cry in public.
New scientific studies actually prove tears caused from ‘emotional crying’ carry toxins not normally found in the tear created to simply moisten the eye.
Crying, like sneezing, coughing and defocating, is a natural way of releasing toxins that are associated with various emotions: both those considered ‘good’ and those considered ‘bad’.
There are three types of tears:
1. Basal tears for lubricating our eyes.
2. Reflex tears for when our eyes get irritated.
3. Emotional tears for, obviously, when we get emotional.
These three types of tears are chemically different from one another; emotional tears contain more protein and hormones. Some scientists think that emotional tears are a way for our bodies to get rid of waste and that crying emotional tears helps keep depression away.
